Henkel Consumer Goods Inc., marketer of a wide range of consumer and industrial brands including Dial, Purex and Right Guard, Renuzit and Combat, has joined the Network of Executive Women as a gold sponsor, supporting NEW’s mission to attract, retain and advance women in the retail and consumer products industry through education, leadership and business development.

As a gold sponsor, Henkel Consumer Goods Inc. will help sustain the Network's activities, participate in national conferences and regional events and have access to the Network's career development and diversity and inclusion best practices tools.

"The team at Henkel Consumer Goods believes true innovation comes for its most valuable assets, its employees,” said NEW Vice President of Sales and Marketing Nancy Krawczyk. "Diverse perspectives are welcomed in its open corporate climate and its corporate culture inspires creativity to anticipate future needs, provide new solutions and embrace change as one team.”

The company, which employs 48,000 people worldwide, has laid out a number of objectives for its North American diversity and inclusion strategy: develop a winning culture of openness, valuing all aspects of humanity with empathy and respect; recruit candidates from all walks of life; retain the best talent to strengthen its products and services; and communicate its leadership commitment to fairness and inclusion to the communities the company serves.

Henkel was recently named one of the "World’s Most Ethical Companies” by the U.S. Ethisphere Institute for the fifth consecutive year. The honor recognizes the company’s ethical approach to corporate governance and its commitment to sustainable development.
