Yes To Inc. joins NEW as gold sponsor

Yes To Inc., maker of Yes to Carrots and other natural beauty products found in more than 28,000 retail locations, has joined the Network of Executive Women as a gold sponsor.

"I am fully committed to bringing diversity into the workplace,” said CEO Joy Chen. "With my experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial companies, I know diversity is one of the key tenets for any business to win in the marketplace. Our results to date are a testament to that. Sixty-five percent of the YT team has a diverse background and we celebrate that in everything we do.”

In four years in the U.S. market, San Francisco-based Yes To Inc. has become the number-two natural personal care brand. As a gold sponsor, Yes to Carrots will help sustain the Network's activities, participate in national conferences and regional events and have access to the Network's career development and diversity and inclusion best practices tools.

"NEW has been a great support for my career and has inspired me to take chances with my career choices,” Chen said. "I am grateful for that.I now want to provide the women at Yes To with the same opportunity I had and nurture their talents to do great things.”

There are 25 in the Yes To team, which is growing, Chen said. "The work environment is positive, fast-paced and collaborative – and we take time to celebrate success and have fun!”

For example, on Friday afternoons, the team comes together to "wine down” and talk about their personal lives, Chen said. "The team is sincerely interested in each others’ lives, happiness and success.”
