MOM Brands joins NEW as a gold sponsor

MOM Brands, the largest family-owned cereal company in the country, has joined the Network of Executive Women as a gold sponsor.

MOM Brands, maker of Malt-O-Meal, Better Oats, Moms Best Naturals and Three Sisters cereals, offers "all of its employees opportunities to contribute, thrive and grow," according to NEW Vice President of Sales and Marketing Nancy Krawczyk. "Their Network sponsorship fits right in."

"MOM Brands’ support of the Network and its mission to advance women in the cpg/retail industry aligns with its efforts to foster a corporate culture that encourages employees to contribute their individual talents within a community of respect, trust and integrity, where open communication and teamwork are key,” Krawcyzk added.

MOM Brands’ family benefits include adoption assistance, education assistance, employee assistance programs, a credit union, volunteer opportunities, paid time off, pre-paid legal services and identity-theft protection.

MOM Brands has produced cereal products since 1919. Today, one in 10 servings of cereal breakfast eaten every day is a MOM Brands cereal, according to the company, which is working on ways to produce, package and transport cereals in ways that reduce environmental impact.
