Suzanne (Sue) Sears is vice president of global diversity and inclusion at Kimberly-Clark Corporation where she is responsible for working with the global business leaders to advance and embed the company’s key diversity growth strategies and initiatives. Sears is the executive sponsor of the company's Women’s Sales network representing all four business units in North America. Previously, Sears worked in Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP), where she led the global marketing and sales team. In 2012, she led the creation and adoption of the new mission in KCP of “Creating Exceptional Workplaces.” Sears co-chairs the education and learning council and sits on the marketing advisory boards of Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and Penn State University. Sue was awarded the 2014 Most Powerful Women Award for Diversity in Pennsylvania. She, her husband, and three grown children reside in Media, Pennsylvania.
