Managing Director, Retail
For the past 20 years, Beth Marrion has partnered with Fortune 500 retailers to transform operations and drive improvements in their financial performance and market capitalization. As managing director within Accenture's Retail Consulting Practice, Beth serves as global client account lead for Walgreens Boots Alliance and is responsible for establishing C-level relationships with clients such as Walgreens, Ahold Delhaize, Walmart and Toys R Us. Beyond client responsibilities, she serves as the people lead for Accenture’s North America retail practice, where she is responsible for establishing and executing programs to build capabilities and maximize engagement and retention. Beth serves on the board of the Chicago Children’s Museum and is an active volunteer and Accenture ambassador for Free the Children, an organization that gives preteens and teenagers the tools they need to create transformative social change.
