Bobbie O’Hare is vice president of business development for JOH, an independent food broker and three-generation family company. Her involvement with the Network of Executive Women began in 2003 when she founded NEW New England. As a result of her success, O'Hare was appointed to serve on the national board of NEW and the executive committee of NEW as chair of regional development in 2004. Known as “The Mother of All Regions,” she helped grow the Network’s regional structure. In 2007 and 2008, Progressive Grocer recognized O’Hare as one of the Top 50 Women in Grocery. She was also featured among 50 women leaders in Fawn Germer’s The NEW Woman Rules. O’Hare received her MBA from Simmons School of Management in 2002. She lives in Belmont, Mass. with her husband Chip.
