Foster Inclusion

Erby L. Foster Jr. is CEO of Foster Inclusion. He formerly served as director, diversity & inclusion for The Clorox Company, where he advised senior management and the board of directors on the company’s diversity strategy, employment-branding initiatives and external partnerships and supports employee resource groups. Prior to Clorox, Foster held leadership roles at AAA Chicago, McDonald’s Corporation and PepsiCo/KFC. After graduating from the University of Southern California, Foster began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP. He serves on the board of directors of Enactus, Glide Foundation and Museum of the African Diaspora and is president and CEO of the National Association of Black Accountants Inc. A native of San Francisco, Foster's personal mission statement reads: “As I live each day with passion, courage, integrity, and discipline, I will be known as a creative leader, who loved his family, gave to society, contributed to business and always did the right thing.”
