Valerie Oswalt joined Century Snacks as CEO in July 2018. She previously served as president, North America Confections for Mondelēz International, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of global brands that included Trident, Sour Patch Kids and Halls. Her career at Mondelēz International included various cross-functional leadership roles in sales, supply chain, marketing and finance. Prior to Mondelēz International, she worked at Deloitte & Touche, where she earned her CPA. She serves on the board of the Food Marketing Institute. Oswalt received her bachelor’s degree from Queens College of the City University of New York and her master’s degree in marketing, strategy and finance management from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
