Meet Your Mentors
Jennifer is a Sr Buyer at Dollar General Corporation, a 21-year veteran in retail category leadership. Jennifer holds the Growth and Development Officer position with the NEW Nashville Region, the VP of Dollar Generals Women’s Professional Network, and is actively involved in the National Confectionary Associations Women’s Leadership Group.
Tamera is Sales Supervisor for Pepsi in Nashville TN. She has been a NEW member for 2 years and what she loves the most about NEW is the opportunity to network with so many amazing women and men. Her goal is to continue to grow her professional skills, network, and friendships within NEW!
Alyssa is celebrating 10 years with Nestle Purina Petcare Company, specializing in Sales & Market Development; she has dedicated her time and expertise to the Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry, professionally, with the consistent theme to purposefully challenge herself through new responsibilities and experiences. This pursuit continues to broaden & enrich her network, explore her innate curiosity and cultivate her desire to have a meaningful impact. Carly has 9 years CPG experience and is in her 6th year with Mars Wrigley, where she serves as a Category Manager supporting Dollar General. She believes finding that healthy work-life fit is an essential lever for professional and personal success.
Working closely with colleagues in the Vanderbilt dean’s office, faculty, staff and student leaders, Sue Oldham, Associate Dean at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, works to enhance the end-to-end student experience from the moment a prospective MBA student becomes interested in Owen until they graduate. Sue’s community involvement is extensive as she continues to be very involved with leadership positions at her church, children’s schools, and neighborhood. Sue is a fellow with the Vanderbilt University Frist Center for Autism & Innovation and serves as chair of the Business School Advisory Committee for ETS. She also currently serves on the board of directors for Avondale House and Friends of Fondren Library and is an active leader in the National Charity League. Sue and her husband Ted have two children.
Lacy works at Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management as a Senior Associate Director of the Career Management Center. Prior to joining Owen, Lacy owned an executive and career coaching firm and coached clients of all ages and stages. Lacy is a certified career and executive coach and holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation. A native Nashvillian, Lacy is a new member of NEW Nashville.
Morgan Millard is an eCommerce Sales & Marketing Manager for the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. She has been working as a sales professional in the CPG industry for over 10 years. She has been active in NEW for 6+ years, having held both region co-leader and company ambassador roles.
