Through focus groups where women were encouraged to tell their stories, we dove into the issues that make Latinas’ employee experience so different from the mainstream. This report breaks down the challenges and biases they face, the strengths they bring to the table, and lays out concrete solutions for improving the inclusion of Latina women in the corporate workplace.
