Participants in the NEW Executive Institute learn to jettison old thinking, develop new confidence and acquire the leadership skills needed to guide their organizations (and themselves) to the next level of success.
This transformative leadership development experience trains a select group of emerging senior executive women in the retail and consumer goods industry each year. It combines 360 assessments, executive coaching, online learning and two in-person sessions, one of them abroad.
Participants will learn how to better lead cross-functional teams and initiatives; develop new strategies to drive results and manage their careers; and strengthen their abilities to build alliances, handle conflict and leverage feedback. Participants will learn how to become more innovative and effective leaders and better balance the demands of work and home.
Who should apply
NEW Executive Institute was created for high-potential women who are three to five tiers from the top of their organization and seeking a position with increased responsibility. Organizations are urged to nominate a diverse slate of women to build cross-function expertise.
