This five-month leadership program includes a professional 360-degree assessment, a three-day in-person learning event, three interactive webinars and two executive coaching sessions (with an option for more sessions).
Like all NEW leadership development programs, Rising Stars is based on the NEW Career Accelerator Model,™ created in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership.
