Engaging Men in the Movement provides attendees with the tools necessary to start a conversation about engaging men in their companies to be advocates for gender equality in the workplace. Participants will hear from male leaders about the work they are doing to advance women as well as barriers and solutions they have encountered.

This 2.5-day learning program is designed to support, develop and advance women of color in the workplace. Participants will develop core leadership skills, identify company-specific barriers to recruiting and retaining women of color, gain practical tools for implementing diverse recruiting strategies and come to better understand women of color's experiences in the workplace through data and research.
