NEW Horizons lifts Directors and Senior Directors to the next step of their career journeys. It makes for a perfect follow-up to NEW’s Rising Stars program, while offering unique benefits even to those brand new to NEW! The program teaches key skills, including delegation, executive presence, coaching and listening, and feedback. Facilitated small group sessions encourage connection and build a network of support, while the participant’s accountability partners reinforce reaching their goals. One-on-one coaching then layers the learning and strengthens individual growth.

NEW Mastermind Groups are senior-level executive peer-to-peer groups who regularly meet to tackle challenges and problems together in a moderated, confidential environment. These groups give high-achieving leaders the opportunity to collaborate with peers in similar positions who can relate to their challenges and offer advice. This trusted “learning community” can accelerate problem-solving, leadership development, and increase confidence. Participants challenge each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and lean on each other for support.

Corporate Workshop


This workshop is designed to build professional insights and self-awareness for high-potential cohorts. Single company high-potential cohorts receive impactful 360 feedback about their performance relative to the NEW’s custom leadership competency mode, and take a self-assessed emotional intelligence assessment. Participants will gain a comprehensive view of their professional strengths and opportunities, and will leave with a comprehensive “Individual Development Plan” using the NEW “Placemat Plan.”
