Based on the NEW Career Accelerator Model™, the program includes a customized 360 assessment, the Fascination Advantage assessment, a three-day, in-person learning event, two (2) interactive webinars and one (1) executive coaching session (with an option to add additional sessions for a fee).

This exclusive leadership development program will help senior-level leaders gain a deeper understanding of individual strengths and potential derailers, perfect decision-making skills, fortify negotiation abilities and enhance executive presence. The program includes three (3) assessments, two (2) in-person intensives and three (3) individual executive coaching sessions.

Participants walk away with increased confidence, and a competitive advantage to inform and engage their leadership development journeys. This workshop includes an individual 360 assessment, an executive panel, interactive cohort discussions and an individual developmental planning guide.

Emerging leaders and individual contributors who want to improve their emotional intelligence, strengthen their leadership skills and advance their careers
This one-day workshop helps participants to gain awareness around the emotions, needs and wants of themselves and others. It includes an emotional intelligence (EQi 2.0) assessment and strategies for using emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.
