Director, Talent Development
Robert Solomon designs and implements large- and small-scale initiatives for NEW partner companies. Prior to joining NEW, Robert was the director of learning and development for CVPH Medical Center. Previously he designed, managed and facilitated leadership development programs for The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and served as senior project manager at the Center for Creative Leadership. He is a member of the American Sociological Association, Association for Talent Development, and the Society for Human Resource Management. He earned both bachelor and master degrees in sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is finishing his doctorate degree in sociology at George Mason University. Robert is a competitive dog trainer in the sport of Schutzhund and participates at regional, national and international competitions.
