HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter this Contest:

  1. Members:  Entrants who are existing members of NEW or who become a member of NEW during the Contest Period (each, a “Member”) may enter by visiting http://www.newonline.org/together (the “Website”) during the Contest Period.  To enter any of the Giveaways, login by submitting your existing or temporary username and password.  Then, post an original discussion thread in the Open Forum (the “Original Post”) or reply to the “How do you thrive together? Post your Comment to enter our Contest” discussion (which can be found at the top of the Open Forum) by clicking on “Reply to Discussion” (the “Reply”). Each Entrant must agree to Sponsor’s Code of Conduct (if he/she has not done so previously) prior to submitting his or her Post or Reply. There is no minimum or maximum length or topic requirement for the Post or Reply submitted; however Posts or Replies that do not comply with the Website’s terms and conditions will not be considered eligible.  Upon submitting the Post or Reply, Entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the drawing(s) associated with the Entry Period for which the post was submitted.  ENTRY LIMITS: Each Post or Reply received will automatically be eligible for all of the drawings associated with the date for which the Post is submitted.  For example:  If an Entrant submits a Post or Reply on September 19, 2017, such entry will be eligible for the Giveaway 1 drawing (associated with the First Prize and a Weekly Prize), the first Weekly Entry Period for Giveaway 2 (associated with a Weekly Prize) and the Giveaway 3 drawing (associated with the Grand Prize). The maximum number of entries an Entrant can receive for Giveaway 1 is one (1).  The maximum number of entries a person can receive for Giveaway 2 is one (1) per Weekly Entry Period. GIVEAWAY 2 NOTE:  Non-winning eligible entries from previous Weekly Entry Periods will not carry over and will not be eligible for subsequent Weekly Entry Periods in Giveaway 2. In order to be eligible for a Weekly Entry Period’s drawing, an Entrant must enter each Weekly Entry Period separately by submitting a new Post or Reply.
  2. Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”):  To enter the Contest without being a Member, Entrants may do so by visiting http://www.newonline.org/togetherenter and completing the official entry form (“Entry Form”) in its entirety, including your first name, last name, address, city/province, state/territory, zip/postal code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address.  Upon completing the Entry Form and clicking the “Submit” button, Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the drawing(s) associated with the Entry Period for which the “Submit” button was clicked.  ENTRY LIMITS: Each entry received will automatically be eligible for all drawings associated with the date for which the Entry Form is submitted. For example:  If an Entrant submits an Entry Form on September 19, 2017, such entry will be eligible for the Giveaway 1 drawing (associated with the First Prize and a Weekly Prize), and the Giveaway 3 drawing (associated with the Grand Prize). The maximum number of entries an Entrant can receive for Giveaway 1 is one (1).  The maximum number of entries a person can receive for Giveaway 2 is one (1) per Weekly Entry Period. The maximum number of entries a person can receive for Giveaway 3 is ten (10), equivalent to one (1) for the Giveaway 1 Entry Period and one (1) for each Weekly Entry Period. GIVEAWAY 2 NOTE:  Non-winning eligible entries from previous Weekly Entry Periods will not carry over and will not be eligible for subsequent Weekly Entry Periods in Giveaway 2. In order to be eligible for a Weekly Entry Period’s drawing, an Entrant must enter each Weekly Entry Period separately by submitting a new Entry Form.

Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Contest.  In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the Membership is registered or email address is registered (“Authorized Account Holder”).  Entrants may be required to provide proof of being the Authorized Account Holder.  No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries are permitted.  Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, delayed, misdirected entries. By entering, each Entrant; (a) represents that he/she is at least eighteen (18) years of age and otherwise eligible to participate in the Contest; and (b) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and legally binding in all respects.  Any person who tampers with the entry process in any way will be disqualified.

All Posts and Replies submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Each Post or Reply submitted must be an original work, never previously published, manufactured or produced.  Posts and Replies must not infringe on any third party copyrights or other rights. All Posts and Replies submitted shall become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By submitting a Post or Reply Entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty free, worldwide license to use the Post or Reply. Sponsor has no obligation to acknowledge receipt of or to return any Post or Reply received.  Posts or Replies that; (a) are determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion to be indecent, offensive, inappropriate or morally objectionable; (b) advocate violence, drug use or any illegal act; (c) have been previously published, manufactured or produced, or have won an award in any competition or contest; or (d) otherwise violate these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion, will not be eligible. Entrants warrant and represent that their Post or Reply is solely their original work, has not been copied (in whole or in part) from any other source and that their Post or Reply does not violate any third party legal rights (including without limitation rights of trademark, copyright, privacy or publicity). Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant if Sponsor suspects that Entrant’s Post or Reply violates the legal rights of any third party.
