Risk management is often looked at in organizations as a plan to handle conflict and issues as they arise. This session will focus on learning a valuable life lesson by integrating Positive Risk Management in our organizations. Positive risk allows you, your friends and colleagues to motivate performance at optimal levels, empowers a culture with critical thinking skills and eliminates communication barriers for a more resilient path focused on objectives. Do you have the right plans in place to make difficult future situations shrink from career altering obstacles into mere speed bumps along the way? This journey begins with communication to generate awareness and understanding while eliminating silos and career landmines. In short, this webinar will help you to keep your friends from getting fired by planning ahead for positive risk!
